BSF (Border Security Force) conducts exam for Assistant Sub Inspector (Radio Mechanic) & Head Constable (Radio Operator).

Nationality Indian
Educational Qualification For Assistant Sub Inspector (Radio Mechanic) Exam-The Candidate should completed their Matriculation(SSC) with two years ITI certificate in Radio & TV /  Electronics. or completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics Subject from a recognized Board.
For Head Constable (Radio Operator) Exam-The Candidates should completed their Matriculation with Diploma in Radio and TV Technology / Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Domestic Appliances from any Board / University.or 10+2 with 50% and Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are compulsory subjects from any State Board.
Age limit For Assistant Sub Inspector (Radio Mechanic) Exam-The minimum age is 18 years and maximum 25 years.The reserved category candidate will have age relaxation for applying for the exam.
For Head Constable (Radio Operator) Exam-The minimum age is 18 years and maximum 23 years.The reserved category candidate will have age relaxation for applying for the exam.

For persons falling in the category of Garhwalis, Kumaonese, Gorkhas, Dogras and Marathas-Height-165.0 Cms, Chest-78 Cms (without expand),83 Cms (with expand).

For persons hailing from Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh & Ladakh regions of J&K-Height-165.0 Cm, Chest-78 Cms (without expand),83 Cms (with expand).
